I believe this is the setting you are referring to Geoff (I am
unfortunately stuck in an office!!! )
secstorage.allowed.internal.sites - comma separated list of CIDRs
internal to the datacenter that can host template download servers, please
note 0.0.0.0 is not a valid site.
That's in Global Settings.

0.0.0.0

Deepak,
Is the server on an internal network or the public internet?
SSVM, which is responsible for importing the ISO, will try and use its
pubic interface to fetch the ISO, can the SSVM Ping the IP of the HTTP
Server?
If the IP is an internal IP, you may need to add it to the global
setting
which from memory is something like secstorage.allowed.internal but I'm
not 100% sure (not got access to a system as currently on the road)
Regards

Sounds silly, but have you tried to download the .iso using your
desktop browser? Just to make sure that it's a valid URL?
