Primary Storage for KVM

Hi

I'm trying to setup Apache CloudStack 4.4 with KVM(on CentOS 6.5).
Its done with 2 KVM hosts with CloudStack 4.4 & NFS for Primary and
Secondary is shared from CloudStack .
Its working fine including KVM High Availability.

However I've iSCSI storage and need to configure that as 'Primary Storage'
instead of NFS exported from CloudStack itself.

We've 4 Options while add Primary Storage for KVM. 1.NFS, 2. CLVM. 3 Shared
Mount Point. 4.Gluster

Now apart from NFS for Primary, On the documentation not much detail about
the remaining.

*What is the right way to configure 'non-NFS' or iSCSI as primary for
KVM...*

Is 'Shared Mount Point' mentioned is OCFS2? In that case there is not much
hint on enabling OCFS2 in CentOS 6.5... or *what is the right way configure
shared mount point for KVM?*

Thank you...

Update on this..

With CLVM.
After configuring CLVM with 'cman' , after adding CLVM volume group in New
Zone Configuration, System VMs are trying to get deployed & its hanging
there...
The clvm commands like pvdisplay/vgdisplay on the hosts are hanging.

With OCFS2 (Shared Mount Point)
No clue as there is no OCFS2 Package for CentOS6.5 repository

I hope since 'CLVM' or 'Shared Mount Point' support is mentioned in
Cloudstack Options and Documents, it should work though its not mentioned
how to setup CLVM or Shared Mount Point... Atleast if any tested other URLs
are there for CLVM or SharedMountPoint setup, this would be helpful

Thanks...

Since there is no proper iSCSI support for KVM in cloudstack moving to
Xen...!
Hope HA with iSCSI on Xen will be fine...!
Will post once done..

James,

I deployed CS with ISCSI and CLVM it worked pretty well.

Using the following two items Marcus Sorensen makes it pretty easy to setup.
